Agile is an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer complications. Agile development is a different way of executing software development teams and projects. Scrum is a framework for developing and sustaining complex products. Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland developed Scrum and together, they stand behind the Scrum Rules. This course is structured to introduce project management concepts to the learner. Students will be trained through a series of practical classes whereby the instructor will ensure the students are in a position to gain skills that will enable them to effectively manage product development projects.
